I am a Spiritual Guide offering Spiritual Direction style 1-1 virtual and in person sessions (San Diego). I support you in noticing and responding to God’s movement in your everyday life. I typically meet with people once a month.

What to expect from me: spacious co-listening and question asking, guided contemplative practices, sitting with scripture, and prayer.

Pricing: $60/1 hour
